You contact us with a description of the activity. We schedule a phone consultation to understand the history of the property, the nature of the experiences, and any relevant context. This call is free and confidential.
Historical Research
Dr. Voss conducts a full historical review of your property — deed records, death certificates, newspaper archives, and period accounts. This research shapes our investigation focus and often reveals context that explains the activity.
Field Investigation
Our team arrives and conducts a thorough investigation following our documented protocol. Baseline readings are established, equipment is deployed, and EVP sessions are conducted in all active areas. You may be present or absent — your choice.
Evidence Analysis
All audio, visual, and sensor data is analyzed post-investigation. Nadia processes every recording. Thermal and photographic evidence is reviewed. Environmental data is cross-referenced against anomalous readings.
Formal Report
You receive a comprehensive written report documenting our methodology, findings, and evidence. All audio and visual evidence is included. We schedule a follow-up call to walk through the findings and answer your questions.

After your initial inquiry, we typically schedule a phone consultation within 3–5 business days. Investigations are usually scheduled 2–4 weeks out depending on availability. The Full Investigation package includes pre-investigation historical research, which adds 1–2 weeks to the timeline.
