What to Expect
Every event is led by certified First Call investigators. You're not watching — you're investigating.
Equipment Briefing
We start every event with a full equipment orientation — how to use EMF meters, EVP recorders, and thermal cameras. No experience needed.
Baseline Readings
Before any investigation begins, we establish environmental baselines across the location. This is how real investigators separate anomalies from noise.
Active Investigation
You investigate alongside our team. EVP sessions, EMF sweeps, thermal scans — real technique, real locations, real results.
Evidence Review
At the end of the session, we review any notable captures together. You leave with a certificate and, sometimes, evidence you captured yourself.

Gettysburg Overnight Investigation
One of our most requested events. Spend a full night investigating the Farnsworth House and adjacent battlefield grounds — among the most documented paranormal sites in the country. Our lead investigators guide the session, deploy full equipment, and walk you through real EVP and EMF technique.

Alexandria Haunted District Hunt
A perfect entry point for first-time investigators. We cover the most active blocks of Old Town Alexandria — colonial-era buildings, the waterfront, and two private properties with documented activity. Equipment is provided and no experience is necessary.

Antietam Battlefield Night Investigation
The bloodiest single day in American military history left an indelible mark on this ground. This advanced investigation covers multiple active zones across the battlefield, including Bloody Lane and the Burnside Bridge area. Participants should be comfortable with extended outdoor investigation in low-light conditions.

Harpers Ferry After Dark
Harpers Ferry's lower town has been continuously occupied since the 1700s and carries the weight of John Brown's raid, the Civil War, and multiple documented tragedies. This event covers the most active historic structures and streets with full equipment and investigator guidance.

Annapolis Colonial Investigation
Annapolis is one of the best-preserved colonial cities in America — and one of the most active paranormal locations in the Mid-Atlantic. This investigation covers several 18th-century properties with documented activity, including a private residence that has never been open to public investigation before.

Baltimore Poe District Investigation
On the anniversary of Edgar Allan Poe's death, we return to Westminster Hall and the surrounding district for our annual Poe Investigation. This is the same location where we captured our Class A EVP in 2019. A historically significant and deeply atmospheric event — one of our most anticipated of the year.

Know Before You Go
Difficulty Guide
No experience required. Full equipment orientation provided. Suitable for first-time investigators. Locations are accessible and well-documented.
Some familiarity with investigation basics is helpful. More active locations, longer sessions, and more independent investigation time.
Extended outdoor investigation, challenging terrain, and high-activity locations. Participants should be comfortable with late-night field conditions.
Common Questions
Before You Register
No experience is required for Beginner-rated events. Our investigators walk you through every piece of equipment and every technique before the session begins. Intermediate and Advanced events assume some familiarity with investigation basics — check the event description for details.
Wear comfortable, dark clothing and sturdy footwear — many of our locations involve uneven terrain or extended standing. Bring a fully charged phone, a small flashlight, and water. All investigation equipment is provided. Leave perfume and cologne at home — strong scents can interfere with EVP recordings.

Events are capped at 10–16 participants depending on the location. We keep groups small intentionally — large groups produce noise contamination that compromises EVP recordings and reduces the quality of the investigation for everyone.

Events are recommended for participants 16 and older. Some locations involve mature historical content, extended late-night hours, and environments that may be distressing for younger participants. Contact us if you have questions about a specific event.
